I can't get in a ranked game with my friends!

When I want to play with my friends in ranked I keep getting kicked out the game like a crash or something. It seems that it only happens when we are three in the lobby! Idk what to do! I tried switching to steam but didn't work, I also tried reinstalling my game but it didn't work as well. Pls Help
