I can't play with Ash since last season's split one, I have already reported this issue as with other unrelated bugs and no member of the staff has responded. I can't play with her in official matches, only on firing range. I unlocked her a while ago.

Yes, but my solution I make to work was formatting the disk and losing a lot of local data, basically nuking my laptop
And I lost my money because I paid for the battle pass, and couldn't progress
The same bug with Ash happened to me as well. Since the Season 25 update. All the other seasons was fine, and I could play her. The same bug. It says it's locked, but you actually had it unlocked. And you select her on screen, and there's no icon for that, and you can't even play her.
after 25 season update i can't play ash is my favorite Character....
i unlocked ash year ago. its been couple of months now i couldn't use her, I tried to unlock again it just wont let me
