I did ninjayla challenges to get the 20 free packs but i didn't receive the packs and i contact ea help and they told me that the problem is from their side but i have to post my issue here then i may get my packs
Same theyres been 3 events for 20 free backs the first ninjayla one i never got my packs despite doing/ helping with the kills. EA PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have the same issue! My buddies that I play with both say they've got theirs but I didn't get any.
Same here!!! I contacted EA and they told me to come here and fill out a report after checking my account. I’m so frustrated over this…please help EA!!!
