I hit a 4k on ranked and the game didn’t count

I hit an over 4,000 damage game on ranked battle royal and I didn’t get a badge, and it didn’t give me the credit on my account. But I have proof,: footage, screenshots on playstation of it and it showing it after the game. HELP ME.
