I'm able to keep purchasing packs at a heavy discount

In the Store, the 'Harbinger' Apex Boxes are bugged. I didn't even realize what was happening until I was quite a few packs in. Essentially, I've been able to purchase Harbingers Retro Packs at a 70% discount more than 10 times in a row. 

Whenever I purchased one, opened it, I would go to my inventory to equip it, then click the button at the bottom that said 'Buy harbingers retro packs'. In doing so, it would be at a discount of 70%. After a few of these, I realized the price wasn't increasing, so I got a few from the shop itself, and saw the price increase, opened those, then went *back* to the newly opened stuff... And saw it was discounted again. I got a few more to test this out, and I'm worried that was accidental bug abuse, and that my account will be banned over it. 

Essentially: If you purchase a harbingers retro pack, get a skin, you can then click on the skin and get another heavily discounted pack out of it, chaining them and finishing the collection for extremely cheap. I think what's happening is the new pack is 'Resetting' the progress and discount whenever you pull it.
