Kept level LOST all legends and cosmetics after merge?

I originally played Apex Legends on Xbox One and had a significant number of cosmetics and items on that platform. I later moved to PlayStation 5, and both my Xbox and PlayStation accounts are linked to the same EA account.

However, after cross-progression, my inventory appears to have been overwritten or merged incorrectly. I now see the same reduced inventory on both Xbox and PS5, and all of my original items from Xbox are missing.

Key details:

• My Xbox and PlayStation accounts are currently linked to the same EA account
• The inventory is now identical on both platforms (missing my original Xbox items)
• I still have access to both platforms,
• My account level carried over, but my cosmetics AND LEGENDS did not
