kick from ranked game

Hi my xbox name is NBA fragn ll, I was in a ranked game specifically diamond 3 ranked game. The game started we landed looted and a team die then I crashed. Im making this report because I dont know why I got a ban penalty for no reason because it said the game ended, so I was unable to join back. The penalty made me loss 162 points because of it and I have no control of it. If you guys could give me my points back and check the replay I would appreciate that. If this does get check and you guys try to give me my points back I had 550 points into diamond 3. Thanks.
