Kings Canyon Map Bug

Dear EA Support Team,

I would like to report a map geometry issue I encountered in Apex Legends.

Platform: PC
Map: Kings Canyon
Location: The Pit area (near the cave entrance with the “Apex Games” sign above it)

On January 10, 2026 (around 21:29 CET), I died because of a visible hole in the map geometry behind a rock formation near The Pit. The hole is clearly visible in the video recording, but it appears to be an unintended gap in the terrain. When I moved behind the rock, I fell into this hole and was unable to get out, which directly resulted in my death.

This seems to be a collision or map design issue, as players can accidentally fall into this gap during normal movement or combat.

I have a video recording of the incident and can provide it if required.

Please investigate and fix this issue, as it can significantly affect gameplay and competitive matches.
