Lifeline Perk different in game vs legend locker

In her legend locker,

the blue shield perk mentions an increase in time of her drone by adding 1.5s of fuel or increase glide duration.

However when you actually play her in the game and get to the blue shield, the perks are still the same increase battery stack size or increase glide duration. Is anyone else seeing this bug? Is she supposed to be having the perks that were mentioned in her legend locker??
