Lifeline rez- when rezzing teammates health bars done turn green

As lifeline, when you go to Rez your teammate, the teammates health bar being rezzed does not turn green. It stays red throughout rezzing making it hard sometimes to determine if the rez is going off or not in the middle of a fight. Every character when rezzing has the teammates (the one being rezzed) health bars turn green while hers stays red. Ive attached a video, when I Rez the horizon it does it and when I go to Rez the horizon again later on as well as caustic. No one's health bars turns green. This continues to this day and has been happening for over a season.
