the restore health for teammates using lifelines DOC isn’t working or isn’t tracking the progress, I’ve completed every other objective but this one hasn’t done anything over the 2 hrs+ I’ve been doing them.

Having the exact same issue. Frustrating really. One can only hope they give enough 💩s to fix something small like this!
I have the same issue as well and I'm on console.
I cannot complete the last spotlight pass challenge for lifeline as it says restore health for teammates with D.O.C and I’ve done this over many games and it’s not counting towards the challenge and is stopping me from completing the challenges to claim my rewards

Also having the same issue. It will not track at all for me which is very unfortunate since it’s one of the last ones I need to complete the spotlight pass.
