Lifeline Spotlight Pass

I ran into a problem while completing tasks in the Lifeline Spotlight Pass, but the last 3 tasks got stuck, and when I completed them, they weren't recorded. The tasks are: "RESTORE 1500 HEALTH FOR TEAMMATES USING LIFELINE'S D.O.C." is stuck at 1013/1500. "HEAL YOURSELF USING ANY MEDICAL ITEM (EXCLUDING D.O.C.)" is not counted at all. "CRAFT 2 EXPIRED AVALY CARDS AS LIFELINE" is also not counted.
