Lost 127 packs after upgrading and no new packs remained

I lost 127 packs because of this, and support cant find them, I upgraded all of my blue packs and after opening them all and the screen bugging I found no new items.

okay, so my specific conditions for this to happen wasi upgraded all 127 packs, i had 100% completition on all the legends and weapons on rare itemsi got the warning for the 100% completitionthen i was opening them but got into a matchafter the match there were no new stuff apparently, i opened 50 more but the animation bugged and said the "server conencion"some time passed and went back to the mainscreen, the audio for the packs buged replaying in the backgroundafter that opened the last 27 packs for this to repeat.

again all 127 packs were upgraded and no new packs remained. Stream showing the bug happen

after contacting support they report theres no packs opened in their database, just the gold ones and purple ones,  so basicly i lost all of my 127 packs
