Mad Maggie's Riot Drill doesn't stick to Mobile Shield

Mad Maggie's for some seasons now can not drill through Newcastle's Mobile Shield.

There's a weird behavior where the tactical Riot drill does 5 damage (impact hit) but after despawns and is refunded to mad maggie (check clip for more information), regardless if it is a friendly or enemy mobile shield it doesn't stick the whole duration of the mobile shield tactical.

I've reported this bug several seasons ago but received no feedback since so i'm reporting it again.
