Massive, deafening audio distortion when ADS Vantage ULT

Happens at least once a game, when ADS and shooting using Vantages sniper ULT the audio goes super loud and distorted, have to rip my headphones off. Cant tell what is causing it, but there's usually some other in game activity happening (other ult or tac being used, or voice lines being used)
