Mirage didn't got EVO from EVO Harvester

In a match after today's hotfix for Mirage he didn't got EVO after interacting with EVO Harvester. This was the second EVO Harvester I've interacted with and the first one had granted EVO. I've played only one game as him, so I'm not sure how repeatable the issue is. Game clip in attachment.
