missing ALGS badge

 I contacted EAHELP using the email address I used when I competed in the ALGS and was told to contact them here.(Attachment 1)
Here is it's statement
“Our team participated in the 4th week of the ALGS year4 APAC-N Challenger Circuit with the team of tomotan,pocha,retochoko called NOTJUMPMASTER. Attachment 2 shows the battlefy page for round2 and group4. Attachment 3 shows the badges I have in my account.
The ALGS badges have been distributed since the other day, but there is no sign of distribution to our team.
Is it possible to get an ALGS badge only for those who have stopped at round2? Or is there some problem with the distribution? Or is there some problem with distribution?
I know this is a difficult time for you, but I would appreciate it if you could tell me at least how we are doing right now.

I was told by ALGS management that I should contact EA as EA is in charge of badge management, and EAHELP told me to contact this forum. Please let me know where I can contact to get this issue resolved.
