Missing apex packs

Not sure if this is a bug but I was opening apex packs I had 106 I was able to open a few of them but when I tried opening more it didn’t open but it showed they were open so I lost like 90 packs and I would like to know if I could get them back because that’s such a waste down the drain especially if I saved up 106 just to lose majority of them
