Missing item

I’ve loved on apex i my old wraith hair loom disappeared I so disappointed at this game because I didn’t know this was I thing and I only had 1 hair loom so this upsets me because I can’t use it and it’s asking me to purchase it again is this what EA are trying to do make money off people by taking away peoples hair looms
