Hit apex predator in s16 but only got animated master when i was secure in (split 2) who do i speak to about this?

GIVE1CAR From what I know of, there isn't a way to contact a developer, so what are you needing to talk to them about?
Edit: I see the issue is regarding the Season 16 badge.Yeah ive been to ea support.... there not any help
GIVE1CAR As for the badges, its a bit weird as players, (such as OldTreeCreeper), are still missing their ranked badges.
I agree. Tried ea support 5 times for wrongful s21 ranked rumble badge (i was supposed to get predator but it shows as rookie), but they close the case without looking and tell me someone in forums will assist (lies)
Midnight9746 that would be my S13 Diamond badge😃
It remains ingame as a Platinum badge to this day, but is correctly noted as a Diamond badge on Apex tracker. Go figure....
Thankfully the misding S12 animated Diamond badge was sorted out a good while back.
