Missing Legend tokens

Hi there, 

I am level 58 on Apex but my legend tokens does not match with how much I should have gotten, I have 31800 tokens, but currently I only have 6.6K, I have only unlocked two legends, Ash and Mirage, which is only 24k tokens, I should have at least 7.8K left over.
