I recently claimed the free and paid subscription rewards for Season 25 on Twitch, and seem to be missing the "Catnapped" weapon charm as well as the "Bulls Eye" Bocek skin. All other rewards appeared in my account without issue. I read on the official Discord of one other person missing one of the free weapon charms like me, and would just like to know if this is a known issue. Thank you.

if not, has someone from support been able to comprehend what the issue is when talking to them (if submitted recently)
i made 2 tickets when this drop had started and the ppl i had emailing me just had absolutely no clue. the only issue it could be to them was on twitch side or with account linking even though pictures were provided that showed that was not the case. ive never had drops take days to get its always within a few minutes and restarting game. all algs drops were given with no issues and claimed after these. no big deal if these werent drops that you had to actually pay for but they are unfortunately...
I submitted a ticket for my missing cosmetics and have yet to hear from them. Still don't have the Bulls Eye skin or the Catnapped charm either, so it looks like we're all in the same boat until it gets further addressed.
It took a bit of time, but EA Support was able to add the Catnapped gun charm that I had redeemed from Twitch:
While it is a bit frustrating, I do recommend contacting EA Support with patience as they resolve the issue.
Hey Midnight9746, thanks for the update. This gives me hope that it will eventually be resolved. I sent another support ticket in and think maybe there was an issue with my first one as I never received a case number and this time I did lol. Regardless hopefully it gets resolved and I'm glad they pulled through for you!
Hi EA_Mako, is this issue being still being looked at? I've tried contacting support now twice and both times my issue was marked as "resolved" with no communication from their end. The live chat also seems to be unreachable. I feel like I can try again at a later time, but is there any other way I can reach someone about this? Thank you.
I seem to have troubles getting into Live Chat with an EA customer support agent. Interface for Help.EA.com was changed, and i cannot find Live Chat button.
When you submit a ticket it should be at the bottom, I had trouble finding it as well. However when I got through I spoke with two different advisors who told me that they couldn't grant anything that was over a week past, so I had no luck getting my rewards. At this point I've given up and I hope they re-run the campaign or come up with a general solution, because I've put too much time myself in trying to get help for this.

Advisor told me they aren’t able to do anything as the drop was over a week ago
Has this ever been resolved for anyone here? Just coming back to this to see if anyone had any updates or found solutions, as it seems almost everybody missed out.
