I recently claimed the free and paid subscription rewards for Season 25 on Twitch, and seem to be missing the "Catnapped" weapon charm as well as the "Bulls Eye" Bocek skin. All other rewards appeared in my account without issue. I read on the official Discord of one other person missing one of the free weapon charms like me, and would just like to know if this is a known issue. Thank you.

Not for me, never got put in my account, all my EA support tickets marked as resolved/fixed with 0 communication. It sucks
Commenting that I logged into my account today and saw that the Catnapped charm and bocek skin had been added to my account of of nowhere. Might have been a bug that is finally resolved after all this time.

I can confirm the charm did in fact get added to my inventory 2 days ago!
I don't even remember what the bocek skin looked like💀
