I recently claimed the free and paid subscription rewards for Season 25 on Twitch, and seem to be missing the "Catnapped" weapon charm as well as the "Bulls Eye" Bocek skin. All other rewards appeared in my account without issue. I read on the official Discord of one other person missing one of the free weapon charms like me, and would just like to know if this is a known issue. Thank you.

I never got it. The drops are usually bad but I'm not going to bother anymore.

I didn't know where to post this but Twitch said you guys have to release it in-game, honor it, was their wording. It's the most recent one. I received the Quiver charm but not the catnapped one.
I've gone back and rewatched 3 time and I still don't have it. Everything is linked up with Twitch and have never had this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Same here, there was even a redo of the drop for Catnapped on Twitch, tried claiming that, and still haven't gotten it. No Bulls Eye still as well.

I just claimed the free rewards myself and had gotten the "Classy Quiver", but I do not have the "Catnapped" one.
Hi! So this week I did the twitch drop missions for the two new weapon charms (Classy Quiver and Catnapped). I claimed both at the same time but I only got Classy Quiver.
I waited a few days because, you know, it maybe takes some time to appear in the game, but I already have one when I really wanted Artemis charm.
Anybody knows if it's a bug or something? Thanks! :)
