Missing ranked points

Good evening, 

i hope this message finds you well but i just encountered a very frustrating “bug” regarding rank points. I recently had a game where i tried my absolute butt off from plat 4 and won that game, however as i was about to celebrate my rank up match, my game crashed and i had to restart out of instinct. When i came back, instead of being ranked up to plat 3, i was still stuck at plat 4. I have screenshot of the game summary showing that i did rank up but after reseting the game and playing unranked to see if it is a visual bug, i ultimately did NOT rank up. Please advise. Thank you!
