Missing teammate and still minus point

I am solo ranking in Platinum 1 e-district on PlayStation CY_RIKO . and after a match i que in in a new match . And a normal loading screen . And then the weird thing starts . I got into a different place from my teammate . And I open the map . I am in a completely different spot from my teammate . Is like 2-3 loot zones . Cause I saw we only got 2 guy in this match . I am deciding to leave this match . And I saw the warnings that saids you will got penalty if you leave this match . And I think . OK.  It may need me to lost a fight or whatever and this thing will let me leave.  But no . I run through 2-3 loots zones to find the teammate.  And we fight together.  And we lost the fight.  Well.  Then I saw the result.  The system minus my point.  Why ? we don't even have the third teammate in this match.  Why minus point? Shouldn't be +0 points ? What's wrong with ea bro.  I just need ea to give me back the points in this match . And solve the teammate missing problems please.
