Confirmed Account: Yes, I am certain that I am logged into the correct account.
Platform History: Before Season 16, I primarily launched Apex Legends via Steam. However, from that point until my return in Season 27, I switched to using the Origin (now EA App) platform.
Heirloom Acquisition: I specifically remember obtaining the Wraith Heirloom while playing through the Origin platform.
I am confused as to why the item has disappeared after such a long absence. Could you please specifically check my account's historical logs for any Heirloom acquisition records associated with my account?

wubanana1245 I unfortunately can't do that since I don't work for EA or for Respawn, (though it sounds like the issue is either a bug or you had unlinked Steam).

- Did you unlink Steam at any point? (If you didn't unlink anything, do not unlink anything now).
- Was your account ever banned prior to October of 2023? (I'm asking because banned accounts were excluded from the Cross Progression merge when that was being rolled out between October of 2023 and April of 2024).
