Muting teammates

This may be ALL the time or periodically I don't know but when I mute players in game and then unmute them this happens. I mute teammates at the beginning of a game or mid game doesn't really matter when I do it. Yet when I die and then spectating teammates, I have noticed that if I unmute them, I'm able to hear them but if I switch between players while still spectating, it will mute them again. I would then have to go back into the team banners menu, click the mic icon below their banners again and unmute to have their mics on again. This is strictly Solo que and not with a premade team because I always solo que.
