My account data was lost and reverted to Level 1.

I logged into the game yesterday (8.23), but my computer malfunctioned during gameplay, interrupting the session. When I logged in again today (8.24), I found that my account level had reset to 1, and both my career stats and seasonal data had been cleared. However, all in-game currencies remained unchanged.
