My Items Gone

I used to play on ps4 since the start of the game. I bought multiple battle passes completing them. I even got lucky enough to get a wraith heirloom. Multiple event skins and so on. When i’ve gone onto ps5 after around 10 seasons all my items have disappeared. My level my kills my stats are all the same but my skins and items are gone. I really just want my skins back because i’ve sunk so many hours into the game. Ea help told me to post here so i guess here i am hoping i can get my items back.
