Red Apex Legend Tokens disappeared, even though I didn’t spend them. I logged in only to find out my balance has been drained. It was well over 70k before. I only spend them on recolors. I check the shop every week and am always able to get recolors and get new legends because I save them. I’ve tried rebooting. I need them restored. This is crazy and I don’t know what bug caused it but I’d like them back.
I noticed it 3 to 4 weeks ago I believe. I am not asking to track down all token history but pointing out for an account playing since season 8 and had many more legends tokens, its not possible reducing that amount by just purchasing couple of upgrades to packs so they turn into wishlist version packs.

When was the last time you noticed that amount in the account?
We wouldn't be able to tell all the way back to Season 8 unfortunately, but what I can see here does look perfectly normal, though nowhere near that amount of tokens of course. The only times tokens are being removed lately are for the purchases we mentioned, with the appropriate amounts being removed for each purchase.

Yes, I did make apex pack wishlist upgrades but its just because I thought it will correct the amount.
Im playing since season 8 and had tons of apex legends tokens. Not 1000s, I had millions. Im currently 900+ level but I dont have correct amount of legend tokens in my account.
And no, my account is secure and I do utilize 2FA.

While we aren't able to provide a complete list of purchases, from what I can see there have been a series of purchases back through May using these tokens to upgrade packs into Wishlist Packs. It looks like that's been the primary reason these have been spent recently.
If you don't recall making those purchases, I'd check that no one else may have access to the account, but these do seem to be pretty standard purchases rather than any tokens simply disappearing, fortunately.

In your situation however, can you double-check that you're logging into the correct account? While there are a small number of tokens on the account you're posting with, I see you've tagged this as happening on Xbox. The account you're posting with has never accessed Apex on Xbox however, so if you typically play on Xbox you may simply be signing into a different account than the one with your tokens.
I have the same problem. From Season 8 to this season, I had a total of something million. Now I only have 4.300K and spending them does not do anything. Please assist.
