My Whole PC Crashes While Playing Apex Legends

It suddenly makes my whole pc crash and its randomly doing that for no reason. Updated my BIOS and all drivers. Uninstalled and installed Apex Legends. Nothing seems to work. I am so close to quit playing this game.
