Negative Apex Coins

I haven’t played Apex in around 3 months, ive seen enough videos about the new apex season and decided to download it again. When I downloaded it I saw that my account randomly accumulated negative six thousand five hundred and fifty apex coins. I never authorized a purchase above twenty dollars in game currency. How do I get the coins removed? I don’t want to spend fifty dollars just to be able to buy the battle pass, packs etc…
