Negative exotic shard

I logged in on the new season split and received 10 exotic shards. Obviously I'd use them to get a new color for my raptor claw. But this past Friday, 25/03, when I logged in my exotic shards, instead of being 0 it was -10

    i had 0 and it went to -10 and when i got to the battle pass teir to get 10 more i just went to 0 so im missing 10 exotic shards
