I had 0 Exotic shards because i bought the Colortheme for the R301 Mythic a few days ago, now i got -10 Exotic Shards out of nowhere after finishing my last match? I then bought the Battlepass and shouldve recieved 10 Exotics but its still at -10, what happened to my Account? Iam the only one with access and there is no refund action on Steam or EA itself... Id be thankful for help, i dont want negative Currencys..

I have a theory, from what I know has been happening to me, they gave me the skins of "Conduit" and "Newcastle" from "Ultimate +" when I only bought the "ultimate" pass for "split 1"
so maybe they gifter us extra Exotic shards by accident? (I also used them all to buy all variants for the Power sword) but before buying the 3rd variant I could switch between 2 variants

From what I've heard, (note: I do not work for EA or for Respawn), is that the Battle Pass had a bug where it granted the Ultimate+ Pass rewards by accident to players who had bought the Ultimate Pass.

Since this issue seemed to have been caused by the game itself, you shouldn't be banned for it, and hopefully Respawn can resolve the issue soon.
V5469, riZzMaxXxiNgTTV, & 12090N21634 Did any of you by chance also got the new Power Sword Heirloom and any of its recolors as well?
There was another issue where the Power Sword's recolor variants were set to be 20 Exotic Shards when each recolor variant was only meant to be 10 Exotic Shards each, so there may had been an error that had removed those Exotic Shards, rather than refunded them, (which if that was the case, Respawn would have to look into that as well).

Anyone elses battle pass bugged, i bought it using my currency £8,99 and I recieved the premium ++ Benefits which was 10 levels and ballistic skin which was very unusual, however the only items i am able to receive are the free battle pass rewards even tho i bough the pass i am not getting the skins or packs from the paid side that i paid for??

To everyone else with the negative Exotic Shards:
After looking into this thread about an issue with the Power Sword, it would seem that when the Battle Pass had bugged out, the affected players were accidently given an extra 10 Exotic Shards. As a result, when they went to spend their Exotic Shards, they had also accidently spent the extra 10 Exotic Shards.
Since Respawn had to remove the unearned Battle Pass items, they also had to removed the Exotic Shards that were part of the Premium+ track. However, since everyone had already spent their Exotic Shards, it just went into the negative, (which honestly, I personally would of only removed the cosmetics and let players either keep the Exotic Shards or not set them into the negative since the bug wasn't their fault).
Its still unclear to me if this was the case or not, (especially if anyone didn't spend the extra Exotic Shards and still went into the negative), so if I happen to hear more about what happened, I'll be sure to let everyone know!
