New anticheat uptade ( xim & titan )
Hello,
I recently noticed that you released a small anti-cheat update aimed at detecting and banning XIM Matrix and Titan hardware devices on PC. I assume this might be an early or beta-stage implementation for hardware-based cheat detection, and I wanted to share some observations that may help your team.
Following the recent update, I understand that approximately 2000 PC accounts were banned. One of those accounts belonged to someone I personally know who was using a XIM device.
However, the issue is that this same individual is now playing again on a new smurf account and continues using XIM Matrix without being detected or banned.
This makes me concerned that the current detection system may not yet be fully effective against repeat offenders or hardware-based input spoofing on PC.
Additionally, in ranked matches, I frequently encounter players whose recoil control appears unnaturally consistent and mechanically perfect, far beyond what would normally be expected even from highly experienced controller players. After playing Apex for several years, it becomes easier to distinguish between legitimate skill progression and unnatural input behavior.
I am sharing this feedback respectfully in hopes that your team can further improve hardware cheat detection in future anti-cheat updates. Many players feel that these devices significantly damage the competitive integrity of ranked play.
Thank you for your continued efforts to keep the game fair and competitive
