Newcastle ult bug+ servers

I have had many bugs playing as and against newcastle. First on edistrict in one of the 3 story buildings a newcastle used his ult on the first floor while me and my team were holding the floor above and kept getting damaged and stunned throught the floor. Secondly half the time i land in front of his ult when deploying it or it doesnt deploy all together.  Also on the east and central servers there have been many packet loss spikes causing me to lose fights
