no heirlooms shards after 500 packs
I opened 500 boxes and didn't receive any HEIRLOOMS. Please solve the problem. Thank you.

I'd also like to add on to what Creeper has said.
Keep in mind that Collection Event Packs do not count towards the 500 pack count for getting an Heirloom. So if you were counting these packs as well, that might explain why you would be off by a bit.
