no penalty history found but still unable to play,
I checked the EA website and found no record of any penalties on my account. However, when I try to play Apex Legends, I get a message saying that I'm banned.

ec64705atg Sadly, bans cannot be handled on the forums as you would need to contact the EA TOS Team.

I'm facing the same issue as you. I can't file a claim because I don't have a Penalty History.
I can only contact EA through "Contant Us," but they don't even generate a case ID. I have no idea how to track their response.
