no penalty history found but still unable to play,
I checked the EA website and found no record of any penalties on my account. However, when I try to play Apex Legends, I get a message saying that I'm banned.

I'm facing the same issue as you. I can't file a claim because I don't have a Penalty History.
I can only contact EA through "Contant Us," but they don't even generate a case ID. I have no idea how to track their response.Can't contact without a penalty .no button, can you help to .
ec64705atg Sadly, bans cannot be handled on the forums as you would need to contact the EA TOS Team.
