Not reviving 10/10/10 badge

Me and my friends play a wildcard match, that ended up with all 3 of use securing 10+ kills. When we backed out to the lobby to see out 10/10/10 badge we found it still un obtained. I would just like to see if this issue could be resolved and if me and my friends could get our badges. Please respond as soon as possible.
