Octane Can't Use the Second Dual Mozam/P20 During Stim Surge

Playing on PS5 but works on all platforms.

During regular Octane stim, after going through the animation of stim the dual gun will come out after a couple seconds. However during stim surge this will never happen and octane will continue to use the right gun without ever pulling out the Dual aspect of either gun. 

A work around that I think shows this is unintended is that after stim surging you can swap to dual gun and both guns work fine. 

100% reproducible  every single time. Just hold out dual weapons and Stim Surge. You instantly lose access to your dual weapon unless you swap to them during the Surge.
