Opening apex packs I bought

I bought 50 Apex packs and tried to open them and it didn’t give me anything. It said server error and then whenever it went away, I had no Apex coins no Apex packs nothing new

I then proceeded to restart my app and did not fix anything so right now Apex Legends has stolen my money
