Orange, Black & Grey Nessie not spawning

I’m not sure if there was a change and are awaiting confirmation to the Nessie’s, but it seems as though the orange & black Nessie that you get from punching the far back door doesn’t work anymore after the launch of Season 28. I’ve also noticed that when finding Artemis’ around the firing range to acquire the grey Nessie, even with finding them, the Nessie does not spawn on the mountain by the target anymore.
