Packet Loss tied to Frame Rate

When I've been playing apex on higher framerates, I get a consistent packet loss of about 40-50%. If I tab out, where the framerate is much lower, the packet loss decreases to 0. I usually play at around 150-200 fps on EU servers on PC. I've found that limiting my framerate to 100 is the highest number with no packet loss. Is there any other fix I should know about? I first had this problem a week ago, it went away after a few days but came back after the launch of the new season. Thanks.
