Penalty appeal page error: Case not created, cannot submit ban appeal

Hello,

When I try to submit my Apex Legends ban appeal from the penalty‑history page, the website shows Case not created. It says there is an issue processing my case and asks me to try again hours later.

I am unable to open an official support ticket for my wrongful ban because of this website error.

My EA ID: AromanticYQ

Platform: Steam

Could the team fix this appeal system issue so I can submit my formal review request?

    Hey AromanticYQ​,

    Have you tried raising a ticket in an incognito window, or via another browser? Do they give you the same error?
