Artifacts and Graphical Glitches with NVIDIA Version 610.47 driver
Artifacts appearing when using the latest Nvidia Drivers.
610.47 is causing artifacts in-game. Glitches are also appearing.

I have the same problem. I thought it was because of my graphics card, thank you for the video.
