please fix bangalore's heirloom

her heirloom does 1 inspect animation 90% of the time (sharpening), and if you inspect while sprinting you can see the knife sharpener model at the bottom of your screen.

i get you guys have more important priorities but i mean this has been happening for like 9 months and heirlooms are like $200+ so you'd think this stuff would be fixed asap
