Rank match crashed and sent me to 0 rp

For some context i loaded up apex and hoped into rank, worlds edge to be exact, and when i got pushed by 2 teams and went to heal using a sheild cell the game crashed with no warning or nothing and when i got back to the lobby, after having to relaunch 5 times, it said 0 / 750 rp when it should be around 100 even with the rank lose for entry. I dont know what happend but i feel this isnt supposted to be in the game. thank you for your time!
