Ranked aura displays incorrectly

I am currently D4, just ranked up, but the aura (ascension crest) shows as rookie, once I enter a match. It ONLY ever shows correctly in the lobby. This has been happening to me for the past two seasons, and I haven't been able to fix it.

So far, I've tried restarting the game, verifying game files, re-equipping the ascension crest, but the issue persists.
